Mesra Terrace, located in Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur, is an exclusively-designed, gated residence with 36 units of colonial-style residences. The project consists of semi-detached strata houses (18 units), three-storey semi-detached strata houses (4 units), three-and-a-half-storey (10 units), and four-storey semi-detached strata houses. Project was completed in April 2012.
